Fasco 80-16 LN50 pneumatic staple gun with long nose (50mm; 2").  Uses 1/2" crown 20 gauge staples, 1/4" - 1/2". Similar staples are Atro 8, Bostitch AZ33, JK-680, Spotnail 9800, Haubold 800, Empire 8, Prebena A. Stainless steel staples are also available.
 
Applications include upholstery, bedding, dust covers, etc.
