Foot-Operated Bottom Staplers From Staple Headquarters

The full strength of corrugated boards is achieved with a foot-operated bottom stapler. These staplers clinch every board layer, while their compression action fully utilizes the board's springiness. The bottom of the box will remain stable for as long as necessary. When a large number of boxes must be closed, use a pneumatic bottom stapler to close the base of the cartons. The modular design permits adaptation for special requirements.

Bottom carton staplers are available for C, A type carton staples; and also SWC7437 Roll (Coil) staples. C Type (1-1/4" crown) staples - Standard carton-closing staple in the packaging industry. We recommend A Type (1-3/8" crown) staples for packaging applications where carton content weight is above 90 lbs. SWC7437 Roll (Coil) staples 1-3/8" crown are used for high volume carton closing.
